Review by Nicholas Andrian, Library Patron — performance at Hunterdon County Library in 2016
Wifey and I were bowled over by a singer by the name of Rhonda Denet who gave a concert at the local county library on Sat. (1/9/16). The program consisted of jazz, pop, R&B and soul music as made famous by African-American female artists, from Ella, Billie and Sarah to the Shirelles and the Supremes. She brought the house down with her tribute to the late Etta James in “At Last” and did Dinah Washington’s “What a Difference a Day Makes” so that you could close your eyes and think Dinah was actually there.
